Templates and Toolkits

Our Templates and Toolkits resource, such as Canva, stationary and templates, enables SJSU users to create integrated marketing campaigns without opening a formal project request. For many, this is the fastest path to produce straightforward, on-brand marketing and communication materials.

Photography Requests

If you are unable to find specific photography that your team needs, UMC’s photo services team can provide what may need by submitting a photography service request form.

Request Identity, Film/Photo Permits & Releases

Do you need a letterhead template, campus unit lockup, film/photo permits, CSU release forms or the SJSU typeface? Get started by filling out a request form, and a member of our team will get in touch with you.

University Marks

The use of university marks across all platforms helps to deepen recognition of SJSU among our audiences and visually connects the many ways we tell the stories of Spartans.

SJSU Photo Library

Our PhotoShelter gives SJSU users access to thousands of images by category. These images can be imported into our Templates & Toolkits resource for your self-service design project, incorporated into presentations or leveraged for larger projects that require a formal marketing request.

Music Library

Our Music library provides audio clips that can help convey emotion and energy in SJSU social media posts or video projects. These soundbites add a subtle but important enhancement for an audience’s engagement with your message. Learn how you can submit a request.

Email Marketing

Our email marketing platform, Marketo, can be accessed by approved designees who are responsible for communicating on behalf of a department, division or college. IT provisioning and training is required for the platform. Inactive users may have seats withdrawn and reassigned to provide equitable access. Add yourself to the waitlist today.
