Your MySJSU account "To Do List" is the best place to see which documents you need to submit. By reading each "To Do List" item description, you will be given directions on how to properly submit each requested document.
All official documents, including transcripts and test scores, must be sent directly from the testing center or college.

Although transcripts and test scores must be received from the school or the testing center, you can submit your Declaration of Finance [pdf], Bank Letter or Bank Statement and the copy of your Passport via the SJSU Admissions Document Upload form. Please note that documents improperly submitted will not be processed and you will be required to re-send the documents in the proper format.
