Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Science

Within the Nutritional Science major, we offer three concentrations in Applied Nutrition and Food Sciences, Food Management, and Dietetics.

Bachelor of Science in Packaging

Prepares graduates for a wide variety of fields where packaging is required to protect and sell products. Includes disciplines of engineering, graphic design, project management, advertising, and material science.
