Prepares graduates for careers as nutritionists, packaging professionals, dietitians,
and food service professionals in educational institutions, acute (hospital) and long
term care facilities, nutrition and food research laboratories, business and industries,
and community and government agencies.
Prepares graduates for a wide variety of fields where packaging is required to protect
and sell products. Includes disciplines of engineering, graphic design, project management,
advertising, and material science.
Required for all College of Health and Human Sciences undergraduates. Read details

perspectives in order to prepare them to live and work in an increasingly globalized
world.
