In-person Help Desk
The in-person help desk in the Engineering building on the 1st floor in ENG 116 is staffed by our peer advisors during the hours below. Bring your student Tower ID card. Service is first-come, first-served. Find our office on the map of the College of Engineering building [pdf].
Our normal business days and hours, unless otherwise posted, are:
Monday through Friday
8:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon
1:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
(closed for lunch daily 12:00 - 1:00)

Each emester, students must see their major advisor to remove their major advising hold.
