Biography

Mei Chin is the Associate Director of Academic Scheduling & Space Management. She joins San Jose State University from San Francisco State, bringing 15 years of experience in various roles within Academic Affairs, ranging from college IT asset and space management, academic scheduling, and college business, operations, and budgetary oversight. At San Francisco State, she was involved in the student information systems conversion to PeopleSoft-Campus Solutions for the class schedule. 

Mei has a Bachelor of Arts in Biochemistry from UC Berkeley and a Masters of Arts degree in Education with an emphasis in Instructional Technologies from San Francisco State University.
