Physical Modifications of University Lecture Room

Renovation or physical modification, including adding or removing furniture, of any University Lecture Room (ULR) requires written authorization, in advance, from the Office of the Provost.

Modifications include, but are not limited to, items such as installing omni-locks on doors, placing locks on installed storage cabinets, and installing, adding, or removing fixed or movable furniture, fixtures, or equipment.

Renovation activities that are proposed for funding by departments or colleges are welcomed, but requests must submitted to and do not alter the room's status or priority scheduling as a ULR.
