Vice President Goals

• make A.S. scholarships renewable for spring semester

• organize town halls with students and speak to them

• decrease the homeless student population by making housing more affordable

• hold monthly roundtables with Recognized Student Organizations (RSOs)

• update Bylaws and Election Regulation Manual (ERM) to ensure a fair election and increase civic engagement

Vice President Responsibilities

• serve as Chair of the Board of Directors

• serve as Vice Chair of the Executive Committee and Personnel Committee

• serve as a Student Senator on the Academic Senate

• perform the duties of the A.S. President in their absence

• plan and implement the training program of the Board of Directors

• report to the Board of Directors on changes in faculty affairs and professional standards

• plan the A.S. 55 award process with the help of Government Staff

• provide a liaison report on the activities of the Vice President for Strategy and Institutional Affairs
