Add, Drop or Change a Major, Minor, or Certificate

This page provides guidance for students on where to receive advising and assistance in submitting their requests.

Undergraduate Students

Majors:

• Add or Change: For advising and to submit a request, see the College Success Center for the new major.
• Drop (Additional Majors only): Submit the Drop Additional Major Form [pdf] to the Office of the Registrar.

Minors:

• Add or Change: For advising and to submit a request, see the College Success Center for the new minor.
• Drop: Submit the Drop Minor Form [pdf] to the Office of the Registrar. 

Basic Certificates:

• Add or Change: For advising and to submit a request, contact the certificate advisor in the department offering the certificate. See the catalog for a list of current certificates.
• Drop: Submit the Drop Certificate Form [pdf] to the Office of the Registrar.
