Professional Development

Professionals with students at event

Located in Silicon Valley, the Charles W. Davidson College of Engineering has a unique advantage in its ability to provide students access to myriad opportunities to engage directly with industry and the community throughout their education. We aim to facilitate strong Silicon Valley industry, alumni and community partnerships and alliances that allow incoming and existing students and faculty to actively engage in opportunities to further learning, professional preparedness, and research and development.

Career Center

The Career Center provides undergraduate and graduate students, as well as alumni members, with the resources and tools for career success. The center provides educational tools to start career exploration, build your resume, develop interviewing success, and learn strategies to connect with employers successfully. They also host job and internship fairs, as well as on-campus recruiting sessions for partner employers.  Check SJSU Handshake for workshops and employer events.
