Cal Employee Connect

Cal Employee Connect - the State Controller's Office Employee Self Service Portal - allows employees to view their paycheck information as well as download W-2s and other documents. Employees may register for access to the system from any location within the United States and use personal email addresses if desired. Agency Code "260" and a recent pay statement will be needed to complete registration. If you do not have a recent pay statement, please contact your Payroll Representative for assistance.

Please note, you can find a tile for the portal on one.SJSU (search: sco portal). We recommend making that a favorite.
