Make Changes During Open Enrollment

  1. Navigate to Open Enrollment in SJSU @ Work (requires SJSUOne login)
  2. Click Select
  3. Click Edit on the coverage you wish to change/update
    1. You MUST re-enroll in flexible spending accounts each year during open enrollment if you wish to continue coverage
    2. Elections or cancellations of voluntary benefits must be handled directly with the plan
  4. Options for the coverage will open
  5. Select the applicable option
  6. Click Add/Review Dependents, if applicable
  7. Click the dependent’s name to update or click Add a dependent or beneficiary to add a new dependent
  8. Complete all required fields for the dependent
  9. Click Save
  10. Click OK to review the data
  11. Click Return to Enrollment Dependent/Beneficiary Summary
  12. Click Return to Event Selection
  13. For each dependent you wish to enroll, check the Enroll box by their name
  14. Click Continue
  15. Click OK to return to the main Open Enrollment page
  16. Once all edits have been made, click Submit
  17. Review the required support documents list, as well as the disclosures and privacy notice; indicate that you’ve read them
  18. Sign and submit

All supporting documents must be on file by the OE deadline (not all changes require supporting documents)
