How To Open a Help Ticket

What You Need to Know

If you need technical support, you can open a help ticket.

What You Need to Do

You can access iSupport and open a ticket a couple of ways

  1. Go to one of the following:
    • iSupport
    • Spartan App Portal
      • Search for "open help ticket" in the search box at the top of the page
      • Select the "Open a Help ticket" tile
  2. Enter your first and last name, SJSU email address, then click Continue.
  3. Describe in detail what you need help with in the Description field and add a brief summary in the Reason field.
  4. Click Save.
