The Concur Mobile App is available as an optional tool for employees who want to manage Concur tasks on the go.

Benefits of the Concur Mobile App

The Concur Mobile App makes it easy to manage travel and expense tasks wherever you are. Whether you're at the airport, meeting with a university partner, or hosting a faculty led program, you can stay on top of your Concur activities with an Apple or Google device.  This includes:

• Capture and upload receipts as soon as you receive them
• Create, review, and submit expense reports while you're on the go.
• Review and approve expense reports and requests from anywhere.
• Access your Concur account whenever it's convenient, whether you're traveling or away from your desk.

Use of the mobile app is completely optional. Employees may continue to access Concur through the website.

How to Log In

After downloading the app, employees may log in using any of the following options.

Before Verification

If you haven't verified your SJSU email address in Concur, you can login with:

• Your Employee ID followed by @sjsu.edu
  [Example: 123456789@sjsu.edu]

After Verification

Once you verify your SJSU email address in Concur, you can login with:

• Your official SJSU email address
