Training & Resources
SJSU IT will partner with Adobe to provide Adobe Sign training and documentation as the migration progresses. Resources will be added to this page as they become available.
Adobe Sign Access
Effective October 1, 2026, all power users may begin using Adobe Sign to:
- Send, sign, track, and view envelopes
- Create new templates in Adobe Sign
Users will access Adobe Sign using their SJSU account. Additional login instructions will be provided before go-live.
Adobe Help Pages
Adobe has a robust Adobe Acrobat Sign Help website. Among other topics, you can learn how to:
- Sign an agreement sent to you
- Send an agreement to others
- Set expiration dates for agreements
- Use document templates to send an agreement
- Create a web form
Adobe has also provided an e-signature glossary of terms to help you translate DocuSign terminology to Acrobat Sign terminology.
Training Sessions
Training sessions will be scheduled as migration groups are identified. For "Invite Only" training sessions, select user groups will receive separate calendar invitations for each Zoom training session. All sessions will be recorded and made available for future reference.
