What You Need To Know

In accordance with GC § 11546.45.5, State-owned entities must inventory all Automated Decision Systems (ADS) in use across the university. An Automated Decision System is technology used to assist or replace human discretionary decision-making.

What You Need To Do

If you are currently or plan on using an ADS system, a form must be filled out to ensure this risk is inventoried by the California State University (CSU) system. To begin the process, please contact security@sjsu.edu.
